Let me begin by telling you a little about our brand and what makes us so special.

We are unique in this expanding industry – in 2017 alone, more than 26 million people spent their holidays on board and the trend continues to grow for 2018, thanks to an increase in demand and the arrival of new ships.

The uniqueness of which I speak is strongly linked to one of our main attributes: we offer a product specifically designed and created for Spanish and Latino passengers, the majority of our guests.

The Spanish/Latino culture is strongly rooted in our DNA, which allows us to be just like our passengers. We always try to understand what they like, how they want to spend their holidays and what they are looking for.

But, if there is one thing that we are truly proud of, it is our real heart and soul – our incredible crew. Their dedication is such that it has been awarded the Excellence Award for 10 consecutive years. This is not mere coincidence.
